It felt like opening a door to a new world – where children could become the heroes of their own adventures. We loved the idea so much that we actually ordered two books. One of them was for my wife’s nephews, the twins Love and Theo. Seeing their names become part of a story felt truly special.

But at the same time… something was missing. You could only choose between pre-made stories. Pre-made characters. Pre-made worlds. And somewhere in there, a small thought began to grow: What if you could make it even more personal?

Shortly after, AI began taking its first big steps into everyday life. And suddenly, the thought came back – stronger than ever: "This… this could be done better." At first, it felt like something someone else would build. After all, I hadn’t been programming for very long.

But the more I thought about it, the harder it became to let go. In the end, I made a decision. I would try.

What followed were months of late nights, problem-solving, mistakes, and small breakthroughs. Step by step, something began to take shape. Something that felt… right.

And now, about six months later, MinimeStories exists. A place where stories are no longer limited by pre-made templates. Here, you can create exactly the story you want. You decide which characters exist, what world they live in, and what adventures they experience.

Even the smallest personal details – the ones that make a story truly unique – have a place. Because every child deserves a story that feels like their own. And maybe… that’s where the real magic begins.
